and negative environmental impacts the building/project will have
on the surrounding land, community and eco systems.

Feasibility Studies for projects to turn "Green"
The Foundation can be contracted to compile feasibility studies
to assist government, developers and parties who require detailed
information related to the decision making process of building
Green. These studies are instrumental in the decision making process.
Studies include but are not limited to:
• All of the project's prospective grant, loan, tax incentive,
material donation and rebate opportunities. (Federal, State
and corporate resources for green developments.)
• The project's prospective energy and environmental
showcase technologies.
The project's prospective "Green Team": Architects,
Engineers, Contractors, both locally related to the project
location and national.
• A preliminary project energy education plan
Strategic Plans
Strategic plans act as a road map for the development and implementation
of projects. Once the decision has been made to turn a project
green, it is of vital importance to operate within a proven method
and process for the development of the project. The Foundation
can be contracted to produce a strategic plan for your project.
Strategic plans take the information and resources available to
a project and turn them into a plan of action and time line for
the project.
Recruitment and Referrals for Green Projects
The Foundation can provide referrals and recruitment of construction
professionals for your project. Through the Foundations network
of contacts and resources in Green Sustainable Development we
can find qualified professionals from targeted regions for your
project.
