The Community Greenhouse Foundation is not a realtor and does not act as a realtor. The Community Greenhouse Foundation acts as the manager of the “Greening America’s Housing Stock” program with the purpose of providing home buyers the opportunity to purchase homes that have or will have undergone renovations that included materials/products/practices which produce a reduction of energy usage by the home. Potential buyers agree to complete a one hour “Home Energy Efficient” seminar to before purchasing a home through this program.
