“Infill Green HousingProgram”

Residential America Green Workforce Housing The Infill Green Housing Program is a pro-active facilitator to provide “Green” home ownership opportunities for the working class residents of the community and residential community builders, municipalities and organizations to deliver environmentally responsible sustainable green development to the community on a larger scale. This program provides the opportunity for local residents to purchase new “green” homes and “green” rehabilitated homes at below market prices while taking advantage of long term energy saving to maintain their home.

The Residential programs are a pro-active economic stimulus program that has been developed due to the current economic position of America. Never in our countries history has energy, housing and the environment been seen as critical issues at the same time. This program was developed as a pro-active vehicle to move the country toward a more sustainable economy and renewable growth cycle.

“Greening America’s Housing Stock” Program

The “Greening of America’s House Stock” program is a pro-active economic stimulus program that has been developed due to the current economic position of America. Never in our countries history has energy, housing and the environment been seen as critical issues at the same time. This program was developed as a pro-active vehicle to move the country toward a more sustainable economy and renewable growth cycle.

Financial Institutions are provided with a vehicle to dispose of their foreclosures and replace them with a new mortgage that will be guaranteed by FHA on a property that will cost the homeowner less on a monthly basis to maintain due to the energy savings.
Manufacturers of renewable and energy saving products through this program will be able to increase production creating new jobs and growth opportunities in the market place and potentially reduce the cost to produce these energy saving products due to growth in the market place.
Government has already made available tax incentives to manufactures, business and homeowners to spur the reduction of energy demand and increase the development of renewal energy and energy saving measures.
Homeowners will increase their monthly disposable income due to the reduction in electric consumption required to maintain their home increasing consumer spending.
